What are we looking for?
Original BUFF® Safety is an international manufacturer of technical textiles and personal protective equipment (PPE) specializing in head and neck protection for demanding areas of application. Our certified products are used in the following areas, among others: security forces (police, military), industry (energy, metalworking, maintenance) and emergency services – and combine comfort, design and protection against multiple risks.

For the targeted expansion of our activities, we are looking for a sales personality to actively develop the Berlin and/or Bavaria region. The tasks include the acquisition and further development of customers in public sectors (police, military, institutions) as well as in industrial segments (PPE, workwear, utilities), the support and development of specialized PPE dealers and specialist dealers, the identification and processing of public tenders, the introduction of products in need of explanation to end users and the development of new business opportunities.

This position is strongly focused on business development (“Hunter” role) and requires experience in sales of PPE, workwear, tactical equipment or security solutions, an existing network in Germany, experience in public procurement, an independent and results-oriented way of working and proven success in market expansion.
