Adventure Menu and PRO-RATION, leaders in tactical rations and outdoor food solutions, are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual to promote and sell our specialized products in the German market, and to participate in a rapidly growing market segment. About Our Products: Adventure Menu: Specializes in high-quality, ready-to-eat and lightweight meals designed for outdoor enthusiasts and adventurers. These meals are 100% natural sterilized or vacuum-dried after complete traditional cooking, featuring excellent taste, long shelf life, and easy heating and preparation solutions with our flameless heating system. They are perfect for hikers, campers, and adventure travellers who require nutritious, easy-to-prepare meals in remote settings. PRO-RATION: Offers tactical rations scientifically formulated to meet the rigorous demands of military personnel and emergency responders. Our meals are designed for long-term storage, offering and impressive shelf life of up to 15 years, are lightweight, and provide sustained energy, ideal for supporting intense physical and mental activities. Client Base: Our Adventure Menu products are primarily targeted at outdoor enthusiasts, including mountain climbers, backpackers, and adventure travellers. Ideal distributors: outdoor retail shops, that cater to camping, hiking and outdoor enthusiasts, caravanning and camping supply stores looking to offer convenient, high-quality meal options, reform houses. The PRO-RATION line is tailored for governmental and non-governmental organizations, including the military, disaster relief teams, and law enforcement agencies, hospitals, nursing homes and other organizations that are legally required to maintain emergency food supplies Responsibilities: Actively seek out and engage customer prospects through direct outreach and digital channels. Present, promote, and sell products using persuasive arguments to existing and prospective customers. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, networking, and participation in industry-related events. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Monitor the market and competitor activities, providing feedback on market trends. Requirements: Proven work experience as a sales representative, preferably in the food or outdoor products market. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales. Exceptional selling, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs. Fluent in German and proficient in English.
